I would think you want to change this to match your cpu for better performance. The only things u have to do is changing the render worker count to less than 2 of your cpu threads (2 are needed for background applications and stuff). Priority queue to maintain the jobs.

So i recently installed cod cold war and ive noticed my cpu being a bottle neck in alot of situations, but when i go check task manager, usage doesnt exceed 60%, so i did some research and i found that theres and in the game config called thread count for handling the job queue and by default its at 2 and i have 8 threads and i found that someone with an i7 4790. I have tried to change this manually, but it reverts back to the above. I7 3970x = 6core 12 threads.
